Only the luckiest of our Bayside Locals know of the amazing Jay and his legendary Gingerbread houses..  It has been a mission of ours to produce a scent for the senses reminiscent of the enticing Christmas tones of fresh ginger, cinnamon, soft brown sugar and nutmeg just to set the tone for Christmas day.   We are very pleased to say we can now compliment Jay's Gingerbread houses this Christmas.
